BOARD MEMBER, WOMEN’S COMMUNITY SHELTERS REPRESENTATIVE
“I am so proud to be part of Blue Wren House and be part of a solution to domestic and family violence (DFV) in my local area. DFV is a solvable problem, and bringing all parts of community together all focused on solving this will make the difference. Women and children have a right to live free from violence, and Blue Wren House offers that initial safe space to recover, heal and reset on a pathway free from violence.“

BOARD MEMBER, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Motherhood has changed the way I see the world and deepened my awareness of the vulnerability of women and children. It is a privilege to join Blue Wren House and stand united with those in our community who are committed to providing safety, support, and healing for women and children experiencing violence and homelessness. -

Natalie Gama e Silva
BOARD MEMBER, SPECIAL PROJECTS & GRANTS
I was inspired to join the board of Camden Women’s Shelter because I believe safe and supported housing is foundational to wellbeing and recovery. Having worked closely with vulnerable people impacted by homelessness, violence, and trauma throughout my career, I was drawn to the shelter’s commitment to providing not just a roof, but dignity, stability, and hope. I’m honoured to contribute my skills in strategy, projects, and service delivery to help drive sustainable impact in the local community. goes here
